Hasaranga out of IPL 2026; LSG to announce replacement soon

The Wanindu Hasaranga has been officially ruled out of the ongoing IPL 2026 season, dealing a significant blow to the Lucknow Super Giants.

Hasaranga has been sidelined due to a hamstring injury sustained earlier this year, which has kept him out of action since February. Additionally, reports suggest he was unable to complete mandatory fitness requirements to secure clearance for IPL participation.
