Jasprit Bumrah Back in India Squad for Afghanistan T20Is

India have received a major boost ahead of the upcoming three-match T20I series against Afghanistan, with premier fast bowler Jasprit Bumrah returning to the national squad after recovering from injury concerns. The selectors have included Bumrah in a strong 15-member squad as India look to build momentum ahead of a busy international season. However, his participation remains subject to final fitness clearance from the BCCI's Centre of Excellence.

Bumrah's return significantly strengthens India's pace attack, bringing experience, control, and wicket-taking ability in crucial phases of the game. The squad also sees the comeback of wicketkeeper-batter Sanju Samson and spinner Varun Chakravarthy, while Hardik Pandya continues to miss out due to fitness issues.

The Afghanistan T20I series, scheduled to be played in Delhi from September 13 to 17, will provide India with an opportunity to test combinations and reintegrate key players ahead of future international assignments. Fans will be eager to see Bumrah back in action, leading the bowling attack once again.
