Brad Haddin Set to Become NSW Men’s Head Coach

Former Australian wicketkeeper Brad Haddin is set to be appointed as the new head coach of Cricket New South Wales men’s team, marking a major shake-up in the state’s coaching structure.

Haddin is expected to replace outgoing coach Greg Shipperd, who was recently dismissed despite still being under contract after a long tenure with the team.

Reports indicate that the appointment will be officially announced shortly, with Haddin already seen as the leading candidate to revive NSW’s performance in domestic cricket.

The coaching overhaul doesn’t stop there—assistant coaches Shawn Bradstreet and Ali de Winter have also been removed, with a new support staff likely to join Haddin, including several former NSW players.

Haddin, who played 66 Test matches for Australia, brings prior coaching experience from international and franchise cricket setups. His appointment signals a fresh direction as NSW aim to return to their dominant position in Australian domestic competitions.
