T20 World Cup 2024, Pakistan will arrive in the US in two groups as Babar Azam and Co. gear up

The Pakistan cricket team is finally done with their T20 World Cup 2024 preparation. After playing two T20I series against Ireland and England, respectively, they will now travel to the United States to begin their T20 World Cup campaign on June 6th. According to a report, the Pakistan contingent is due to depart for Dallas in two groups. One group will have 19 members, including cricketers, coaches, and support staff; the other group will have 9 members.

Just two countries, including Pakistan, will begin their T20 World Cup campaign without engaging in any warm-up matches. They chose to play two T20I series instead, one against England and the other against Ireland. Ireland's three-match Twenty20 International series was won by Babar Azam's team. Despite losing the opening game, they bounced back in time to win the series 2-1. Babar Azam and his team faced a much tougher series in England.

Two of the four-match series were washed away by rain, while England won the other two by a comfortable margin. They begin their T20 World Cup campaign against the US on June 6th.
